Jen, It is on 60 S. Broadway…It was most recently called South Park Tavern and featured live bands for a short time at the beginning of 04. It was acquired at that time by the owners of the bank and park taverns. We played the grand opening there (our 3rd gig ever) with a rented PA and some tweeker sound guys that came with it. The Bad Directions were there as well. It has a cool setup and had a really nice green room that we still joke about today, because we may never see such a perk again. It came with many choice complimentary beverages in the green room to boot! As I recall The Bad Directions and some unnamed members of the Railbenders drained the tubs of complimentary beverages during our set. Have they no shame! I have not been there since the remodel, but it should add to the Broadway strip as 'music central' in Denver with Herman's, the Skylark, Hi-Dive, Café Cero, all on the same stretch. I have noted the booking there lately has been cool and music is now their priority. Should be cool. -russ
